This pattern was inspired by Florence Nightingale, social reformer, statistician and founder of modern nursing. It’s part of my 2022 project, “Above and Beyond - A Celebration of Women in History through Print and Pattern”.

Little zipper pouches are perfect for credit cards, change, and knitting and sewing notions. They also make the best little gift, gift card holder or stocking stuffer.

I designed the pattern, screen printed it onto the fabric and then sewed it all together. I take extreme care in everything I make, but because this item is handmade, the print/pattern may vary.

Highly recommend! This bag is a lovely design and exceeded expectations based on photos & description. This would make a great gift, it was hard to decide between the featured designs.
